So this was my first time getting nail extensions and I had a ton of apprehensions at the onset. But from the moment I stepped into the salon, the experience was extremely pleasant. The craftsmen were receptive, warm and professional. They even made recommendations but I still ended up opting for something that didn't sit well with me. Realising my mistake, I went back to them hoping for a redo. And to my surprise, they accepted my request happily. I was deeply moved by their commitment towards customer satisfaction as they retouched my polish for no extra charges and without any qualms but smiling all the way.
